Throw Mother from the Space Station.

...it's the yeast you could do.

My wife makes sour dough bread. She's good at it. As an experiment we brought the dried stuff from the bowls of Mother, (or starter), to the Philippines visiting her folks on vacation and within a few days of re-hydration it had come back to life, and now lives there too.

After a bit of research it turns out that the yeast can stay dormant through even the vacuum and radiation of space.
I thought it was my own idea... not so much.

aanyway...

...So, we make a satellite which both spins and rotates about its axis to throw Mother from the Space Station in all possible directions.

Sprinkle in a few Tardigrades, <strange misspelling> and life will bloom on its own as soon as any of it hits water.
