Wavy Arm Tubemen Roomba is a standard airpowered tubeman fitted to a simple roomba base.
A heavy duty battery drives the wheels and powers the essential fan that causes the tubeman's arms to randomly flail around.
Now all that's needed is a purpose for this unlikely wandering device.
I'm
thinking a large enclosed arena where several of them with a variety of multicoloured arms can rove around, erupting into active roaring life at will.
I can also see merit in them being a presence on a golf course, or on the pitch during a game of football, with the two teams having to negotiate around their unpredictable explosively distracting antics.
I have another idea for a Claymore Mine Tubeman but that will keep.
