"Extra time" before accepting call

 When you request a callback you might be doing something before you can pick up the call. Perhaps you're changing a diaper or cooking. You need an extra couple of minutes to put things how they should be. The extra time option is pressed when you are being rung and it sends a message to say you are willing to accept the call within 2 minutes. The dialler has to wait for the time but could eat some snacks on their desk or drink some of their coffee before the call connects.
