Basically, its a hump which increases in size depending on the speed your car is going.

If you drive too fast, you will make the bump go higher.

This can possibly be done mechanically via airsac that takes time to dispurse though the walls of the bump.

       One of the best ideas in the entire halfbakery adresses and solves this problem. I may be a weirdo, but I'll admit it gave me e-goosebumps when I read it.
