For use with Swanee bagpipes. A complex series of pulleys and pleats raises and lowers the kilt hemline from the knee up to miniskirt not-quite-indecent level. A double action actuation lever allows the level to be complementary or in opposition.

       Excellent. We should have more accessories for HB ideas. I'm firmly convinced that the reason most HB ideas never get implemented is because they just don't accessorise enough.
