This vehicle works like a typical ball vehicle where the outer sphere rolls along a fixed axis and shifting weight is used to lean for steering. This allows circular doors on the sides to provide convenient entry/exit.
The new idea is to attach a bunch of paddlewheel vanes to the outer sphere. These
vanes all line up with the central axis, so if the riders eyes are lined up with the central axis, the vanes don't obstruct the view much. The vanes are made of a hard flexible plastic to provide cushioning on land.
Two people can sit side-by-side and both enjoy a mostly unobstructed view.-- IJK,
