How about a cell phone app that makes everything you say into the receiver sound like an automated service? This would go over and above a typical 'robot' voice and attach long lists of choose-your-destiny-via-touchpad drivel to the end of whatever it is you say.
"Hello, my name is Steve, how can I help you today"
<robotic voice>"hello steve I need my service plan changed. press 1 if you would like to change it for me. Press 2 if you are spanish. press 3 if you need to speak with the customer again..... ad nauseum...
