Beer State   (+3, -10)  [vote for, against]
Imagine the healthcare savings

Modern society is full of overworked and depressed people at all levels of society. Beer is a good social beverage to partake of having worked hard and to counteract day-to-day sub-clinical depression.

Employers and the government lose out every time someone takes time off work due to sickness.

The solution is beer, delivered as milk is delivered, to the doorstep. One large can per person per day will be paid for by the government out of healthcare savings; sales of additional cans are a way for the delivery firm to make some extra funds.

I love beer, in fact I consider myself something of an expert on beer. I drink lots of beer and I sell inordinate amounts of beer. But the bottom line is that beer is a drug or the alcohol is and a society should not be encouraged to use more drugs but less.

The idea is also very stupid becasue alcohol creates much more problems in society then it could ever solve. Health problems, crime problems, pissing in the street kind of problems.

Do people still get milk delivered to their door daily?

Kids would love this, whenever they needed beer for a party,, they could just collect it off doorsteps on delivery day.

I must say, this idea sucks more than my money trash bin idea. And that idea sucked big time. And I love beer.
