A popup that appears for incoming calls which allows you to decide, on each incoming call, to forward the call to another number or not. Google Voice app gives you a popup when making outbound calls weather or not to use Google Voice to make the call, which has the advantage of showing your Google Voice number as your outbound caller ID.
