Chili Pepper Lipstick   (+12, -2)  [vote for, against]
For a fuller, redder mouth.

Had curry today. It was very hot. My lips reacted accordingly. I thought to myself (I thought), "Why not a lisptick that contains pepper as apposed to coloring. To add color AND volume to your lips. Would match your natural shade. A quick pick-me-up that doesn't clump or dry."

Or maybe I'm crazy. I know that I would try it. And if I wasn't horribly allergic to it I would probably buy it often.

Close to baked - this has cinnamon and other spices in it to produce a similar effect [seedy em, Oct 04 2004, last modified Oct 05 2004]

Another good reason for liking chillis. http://news.bbc.co..../health/4805190.stm
...though possible application methods bring tears to my eyes just thinking about it. [coprocephalous, Mar 15 2006]

Or, conversely, pepper screen lipstick to prevent the capsaicin sting.

[dag], yes, you're probably right. I wasn't sure which to choose: chile, chili or chilly. I just made a guess. Is it horribly wrong? I'll change it.

Isn't chile a place?
-- Morals, Aug 07 2003

I've got the Lip Venom & it does work, though the tingly sensation is reminiscent of MSG.

A brother's friend ate an entire habanero chili. He was very ill afterwards.

My friend Holly ate one, and she was fine. (But she is from Texas)
