Throw up with less unpleasantness

This device is a hose designed to be inserted into one's throat when one is vomiting or plans to do so. The outside is coated with a powerful topical nontoxic analgesic. The end to be inserted is soft and blunt. The tube would have instructions for inserting into one's esophagus (as opposed to windpipe) It would also be a shape that makes it difficult to miss the esophagus.

After insertion the end inside the throat expands to block off material from flowing around it. (just pull a string enclosed in the tube, releasing a spring) After use pulling a differently colored string shrinks the end back again.
