Think how to drop food into your body to eliminate waste products like we eliminate lines in tetris.

Just a heuristic to keep in mind. Might lead to more ideas.

Just sheer/shear complexity poses the main problem. Doping food with minerals and biotics, I wonder if gut complexity could tumble rich, deep forest compost, ready for egestion.
