A themed indoor garden with plants and sulptures. the plants could be used in the bar or restaurant. It would be a glass greenhouse. Could have a pond with fish swimming. Maybe a wood fired oven for breads and pizza if that is on the menu. Build on top of building or a stand alone building.

oh come on- I've been to plenty of these. Baked and widely known to exist. sorry...Although there is usually a regular roof for the kitchen, etc.
