I can't think of a really good reason for such a device, but the wristband would sense your pulse and light up/glow/blink in rythm with your heartbeat. You could tell if I was nervous, relaxed, etc. Just kinda creepy knowing that it's my heartbeat making my watch blink, sort of like a pseudo-biological feedback indicator, with no other purpose than to amuse and intrigue.
