When future robots or software agent gets stuck like the roomba etc... sometimes it doesn't hurt to ask a human for help. Especially once they become sufficiently human or superhuman in intellect.
Instead they should call a call centre staffed by humans who can then use their human brains to solve the robot's issues remotely.
