Recently (yesterday actually) a well known politician had his speech almost totally drowned out by bag-pipe playing.

Lip-sync Bagpipes is a simple on/off feature that you could activate on any digital device, TV/phone/laptop as soon as any politician started speaking.

Instead of hearing their words, you would be treated to lip-synched bag-pipe playing.

Works with any politician and not just golf cheaters. (separate idea under development for that)

As this is a consumer-level digital service, I feel like there's a continuum you can apply here: at one end unadulterated, at the hinder end it's a World Pipe Band championships sonic assault, but in between it runs through "has inhaled helium" (see link), vocoder, talkbox, with various gradations of bagpipe dotted throughout.

Meanwhile, wonder if anyone has created a set of Trumpstein shaped bagpipes? ie when the musician squeezes the orange flesh coloured flabby body of the instrument, uncontrolled discordant wailing emerges from the pipes.
