MP3 Player Pedometer Statistics   (+2)  [vote for, against]
For creating a better random or shuffle function

An mp3 player gives a rank to each song on its hard drive. Selecting a song, stopping on a song after hitting skip, and tapping your foot adds points. Skipping a song before it’s over assigns negative points, based on how early in the song it happens. Songs get a certain temporary negative score based on how recently they have been played.

Headphone pedometers (head bopping) and microphone (singing or humming along) would increase effecdtiveness.
