It runs up and down your forearm

A loose fitting spandex band watch with wheels on it so it can run up and down your forearm in cases of alarms or hourly notices.

Can have the face shaped like cars or animals for kids.

Let the good times roll.

Ow! Hair! Ow! Hair! Ow! Hair!
-- phoenix, Jul 29 2003

Its position / rotation could tell you the time. You wouldn't even have to look at it!
-- phundug, Jul 29 2003

You'd have to be able to switch it off - imagine you're in a cinema and on the hour, this thing runs up your arm in the darkness?

Imagine [blissmiss] with the wandering spider model - scream time.

So, 'it's a hair past a freckle' is back in?
-- k_sra, Aug 01 2003

I love this idea!

You could prevent pinching by making the band out of a rubbery/stretchy material formed into a tube and just rotating it where it joins the watch.

Oh yeah! Does it come in 1" diameter? For my, uhh, "arm"...
-- DeathNinja, Aug 01 2003

And then crank it up a notch by adding Vibra-Watch functions....
