Nonnein Board   (+5, -1)  [vote for, against]
Contact the never-lived.

It's a slab of wood, with letters engraved on it. Moving the provided wooden pointer according to subconcious ghost- provoked impulse will point to letters, forming a message.

Unlike the Ouija Board, this device will contact only the ghosts of those who were never born; useful for chatting up Emperor Norton II or Alan Turing's daughter. However, the letters are unfortunately all in the Voynich Manuscript language, and therefore all messages are indecipherable.

Turing was one of the brightest minds of the 20th century and one of Apple's early victims, wasn't he?

//one of Apple's early victims,

That is so dreadful...

Not enough cog steps, surely.

I doubt this would actually operate as stated. [-]

But a ouija board would, [squeak]?

Now I'm wondering if nonnein boards are used at deboutances.
