Sleep in an innertube

I went tubing yesterday.

I was being towed behind the boat at a nice speed, going back to the dock, and I found that the motion and the sounds were very soothing. In fact, I would have fallen asleep except that I kept on thinking about how this would be a great idea for the halfbakery.

I'm thinking of an floating bed attached to a wall by a rope, floating on a pool of flowing water accompanied by soothing water sounds.

That gentle rocking, very soothing.

(To stop from falling out, have rails on the bed, nice soft inflatable ones)

you can get the noises and even a heater. [dentworth, Oct 04 2004, last modified Oct 05 2004]

Not recommended for the faint of bladder

Ah, the pool filters will take care of that.

I've never been on one but I'm told this is the exact purpose of the water bed. link coming

This is different. You actually float over free-flowing water

Very soothing, until you roll over in your sleep...
