There's an entire market out there hungering for your product... http://www.google.c...cf&biw=1024&bih=636

Nice, but how are they made?

Oh, that's easy, but the most difficult bit is sizing and matching with the skin colour.

So,provide your address, NMR co will name a day and a time for you to stand in a window- clearly visible from a nearby tall building - just to take a photo to help with fitting, of course

Could you just have a boutonnière with a hidden laser? Probably couldn't get the right angle I guess.

So it's like a single red googly eye?

//But what's this cylon setting ?

Cylons? <spits>

Ok, the obvious way would be a slightly translucent fake skin patch, and a fairly loosely held down fibre optic cable running to a red LED (or even a red laser) the movement in the cable would simulate rifle jiggle.

The more conspicuous headband version with laser pointer on a pole could be disguised as an extremely long quiff (comes complete with blue suede shoes and DVD of Roustabout)

The initial sponsorship deal was rejected, as having the laser pan across the forehead to spell out "I'm loving it" every 30 seconds might detract from the realism. A better sponsor is being sought.

Obviously what's needed is a little flying robot drone. You have a transponder in your pocket and the drone keeps a sensible distance (e.g. 100 yards) from the transponder at all times. The drone has a camera that looks in the direction of the transponder for something that looks like you, and then occasionally shines a laser in the direction of what it thinks is your head.

Also available: the primadonna version, continually shines a stage spotlight down onto you (battery life may vary from the duration shown in the 30 second TV advert)

Maybe a loosely mounted laser hidden under the brim of your cap?

Thinking about it, you'd also need to sugar-glass self-exploding window pane, with remote, so you can fling yourself out of the way just in time.

Comes complete in a frame of that tacky fake Elizabethan leaded window glass look, so doing the one pane doesn't do the whole window every time...

Best idea here in a long time, and my praise is hard to win.

//my praise is hard to win.

I had noticed.

This could be marketed to dictators / political activists / drug cartels / people at risk for assassination as a way to keep them safe; 'obviously the other sniper has a nice bead on the guy and will take them out momentarily...'
