Mini Medieval Torture device - complete with prisoner/non-believer (stretchy doll). A twist of the wheel stretches the poor soul. Digitally inserted creaks and groans of the machine mixed with the writhing screams of the prisoner provide endless hours of distraction. Black hood with eyeholes optional.
