Gravity Defying Carnival Game...

OK, not really "gravity defying", but I have in my head an image of a carnival game that is played by throwing balls (or other things) into an upwardly moving stream of air (really big fan, pointed straight up).

The objective would be to try to get the balls into holes of various sizes in the ceiling of the game's structure.

If had any artistic skill at all, I'd do a sketch. Sorry.

I'm a sucker for anti-gravity. +

I'm thinking that there could be cloth cylinders with a fan at the bottom of each blowing up through them...

The player would throw the balls just above this weird blowing bunch of things.

*methinks this guy just wants to see the ladies dresses blow up*

How about one of those 'freefall' machines which are powerful enough to keep a human afloat? Up the power a little and put some hoops in the tube and play upside-down human hoopla!

I was expecting this to be about some kind of vehicle launch mechanism....too many space program dreams, I guess.

This would be a far and away better version of throwing down that everyone could watch.

Perhaps even make the ceiling spin, so there is timing involved as well... I love carnival games.. so + from me.

I like the spinning ceiling idea.
