Wet Shoes   (-2)  [vote for, against]
'cause I like the way it feels

Ever have a completely soaked sneaker?

Aside from the fact they're wet, I love that squishy feeling.

How about a pair of shoes that feels like that ALL the time?

How do you keep them wet—I’m supposing that’s the invention? Do you have a catheter tube that splits and runs down to both shoes; or do you have great big water-filled balloons attached to them that soak them continuously; or maybe you pre-soak them in a solution of a deliquescent salt, so that they absorb moisture from the atmosphere? Something like that?

whats so hard about drenching ordinary trainers?
-- po, Apr 29 2004

I should mention, not the wet feeling. Just squishy.
-- turner, Apr 29 2004

So, not wet then, just squishy. Well, how do you do that?
-- ldischler, Apr 29 2004

Drop frogs in your shoes.

Whatever this gunk is that my keyboard wrist rest is made out of should do the trick.

Yes, I think the wristpad gel is in the right direction.

I know there are some type of inserts that have something like that already - but they're not supposed to feel completely squishy.
-- turner, Apr 29 2004

there are trainers already that have gel in the soles...
