Culture: Game: Word Game
Word recognition contest   (+2, -1)  [vote for, against]
In or Out

In form much like a spelling contest. The judges give a word to the contestant and they spell it for them. The contestant must declare if the word is in the dictionary or not.

More difficult then you might think at first glance.

Advanced: foreign languages.

There is a game called Balderdash in which players must guess the real definition to unusual words, as opposed to the false definitions created by other players. Very similar, and incredibly fun.

Yeah, it's also part of an american public radio show called "Sez You," which upon further examination is virtually indistinguishable from "Call My Bluff."
