Yarmulke with Peacock feather   (-3)  [vote for, against]
Your welcome

This is a yarmulke with attached peacock feather so that people who wear it can tune into this planet instead of whatever planet they are from

Better than my suggestion of a little propellor.

I wonder whether it would lead to people being mistaken for Yazidis. You know, because of the peacock thing.

Anyway, I think wearing a peacock feather means that you're demanding attention from the world, rather than paying attention to it. So, not really a step forward.

Is there anything in Leviticus about peacocks ?

Would you like there to be?

//Is there anything in Leviticus about peacocks ?//

"And eat thou not the flesh of the peacock, for it is a proud fowl and, besides, causeth wind."
-- MaxwellBuchanan, Dec 10 2016

If I remember rightly, most of the Book of Leviticus is about one of the following things:

1. hygiene
2. social cohesion, of which
(a) reducing sexual status-competition and
(b) reducing economic inequality.

Peacocks would only enter into that in the context of "don't be one".
