...only if seats look like this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garrote
the advantage is, of course, you won't see susan's face, unless you are in her row. [4whom, Dec 20 2009]

This idea is so good and so bad simultaneously, I don't know how to vote. I'll just pretend it never happened.

Loudspeakers mounted on the outside so the surfacelings below can enjoy the show?

Could the turbojet exhaust be pulse-modulated so the roar of the engines carries the dulcet tones?

Ryanair already have a version of this, with a hideous jingle blaring periodically throughout their entire flight (well they did last year on a plane I was on to Berlin) Caveat Emptor!

Nooooooo!!!!

Oh I see. 4 Karaoke ideas. Karaoke + some trapped location. How about Karaoke Funeral? Karaoke hairdressers? Karaoke taxi?
Sorry, last night I endured 2 hours of Thai Karaoke.

[sukiyaki], you deserve nothing less than being Banished To The Outer Darkness for this.

If nothing else you dragged a mosquito back into existence. Heck, to do that takes some inordinate effort...
-- 4whom, Dec 20 2009

No, kaorake fire alarm snooze button, you dolt.
-- blissmiss, Dec 20 2009

Perhaps all of these karaoke-in-another-place ideas could be forestalled by the invention of some sort of portable karaoke? This would have the advantage that it could be taken away from any place where it was.
-- MaxwellBuchanan, Dec 20 2009

Perhaps, while we're about it, we could point out that karioking in a public place is a nuisance to others, and also that second-hand karaoke is hazardous. Our campaign to prevent the advertising of karaoke will be backed up by a drive to have it banned from all public places.

Mosquittos, you sexy beast you. Yay.
-- blissmiss, Dec 20 2009

// it could be taken away from any place where it was //

But then it would just end up somewhere else .... no, destruction in situ is the only rational option, with the added bonus that you might get the owner as well.

The other advantage of portable is that it can be picked up and thrown.
