decentralized p2p collaborative elearning   (+3)  [vote for, against]

Using p2p methodology allow people to run a program that allows for the creation of semantically linked reference slides.

These educational reference slides can be forked by anybody in the network to be improved upon, or to simply for usage in printable reference sheets.

By avoiding a central point of file storage of e-learning materials, and adopting a more Napster system of learning material distribution, we can complement the normal form of course based learning, with a more free flow method of active creation and dissemination of knowledge.
