The monome is a very versatile sample music instrument.

It would be very interesting if there is a game based on playing the monome.

Pros: Very different to playing guitar hero

Cons: Too many buttons!!!!

I think some people are using monomes as keyboards anyways, so it would be the equivalent of playing Guitar Hero with a guitar.
