Permanent tattooed sunblocker

To permanently protect from sun's UV radiation a permanent sun blocker is invented. To be permanent the sun blocker is tattooed into skin. A cosmetic side effect is that it is possible to have "seasonal" tattoos: They are only visible after exposure to sun light for a few weeks (the tattooed skin areas remain white while the others will darken).
