My real name is Dr. Keola G.A. Downing, Ph.D.
I live in Hawaii and am trying to finish up work on building my new home. It is a structure almost completely made of ICF (Insulated Concrete Forming). No termites - no rust - good for earthquakes and possibly even low levels of lava inundation.
The estimated lifetime for such a structure is about 200 years, which I doubt that I will ever see the end of unless the medical world gets to be much better than it is now.
