What... is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?" (Or something)

The idea is to save time for those brave souls who tirelessly guard the HB from WKTE, Baked, WIBNI etc. The poster must fill out 3 questions BEFORE it gets posted. These blanks that must be filled out would serve as a reminder that if it's not totally original and brilliant, they must be cast into the MFD category.

I'm not sure what the third question would be so that's a placeholder.

I wish to complain, the idea is clearly designed as a system to capture and eject trollish behaviour. The title implies a device which trolls mercilessly and in an automated manner.
