I need a doctor excuse
that can be downloaded.
I have to have the
Doctor letterhead at
top,and something
stating he is a kidney
specialist,and that I
had surgery to remove
a tumor around my
kidney,and i'm back
at work on a limited
basis only. I still
have stitches and there
fore cannot walk up and
down the stairs.
Anyone that can do this
