PV painted vehicles could sit in the sun and make hydrogen out of water all day. Then they could really go places. How about a flexible PV coating? You could inflate a shaped balloon that would be a 3-4KW collector and plug into the grid when your water tank was done converting and your ultracapacitors filled. Rooftops would be the new real estate hot zone-energy or food garden? We could do this when we run out of methane from garbage and agricultural waste, cause it'$ expen$ive.
