When you're feeling a bit 'down' and
need someone to make you feel good
about yourself, this would be a
service you can call on to have
compliments lavished on you.

http://www.compleme...ellness03192003.pdf Sorry, it's a pdf-thingie. Amazing what changing a single letter can do. [PeterSilly, Oct 05 2004, last modified Oct 21 2004]

Just down the hall from Arguments isn't it? |

[policeofficer one] morning Super
[policeofficer two] morning wonderful
|
|
|
Ah... feeling better already. |
|
|
- "Every morning I have a five mile
run and a cold shower and then I
feel rosy all over" - "Who's
Rosy?" |
|

Would the service cater to the hearing impared too? |

What I was suggesting is that this is a natural and obvious extension of a famous sketch. Abuse is room 12, Arguments in room 12A. Very likely Compliments might be in the same floor, somewhere near Complaints and Being-Hit-On-The-Head lessons. |

From what I've heard this is how most complementary medicine works: the practitioners are really nice and sympathetic and ask how you're doing and make you feel better about yourself. |
|
|
Of course if you were to put this into practice as a business idea, you'd have to deal with the fact that only 0.26% of the population knows the difference between complimentary and complementary, and therefore I might have to fishbone this as impractical. |

This sounds like some sketches from BlackAdder IV - "ah, Darling, there you are." |
