Computer Bull Horn

This would be a bull horn built into the covering of the CPU, with the small part of the bullhorn right over the place that makes the noise that I have to pay attention to tell whether my computer is still working on a task, for instance opening up the 10th instance of a browser, and the large part of the bull horn pointing out of the CPU casing toward me.
