To investigate the phenomenon of de javu, it would be nice to have a little recorder for us to record down those moments when we have that feeling that "we've been through this before".
This recorder should record our brain patterns, location, and surrounding events each time this happens. After
a few years, we can sit down and investigate what really happened, and whether certain events or patterns did indeed have a tendency to recur. This could help us break out of undesirable cycles and quell any sense of unease.
