Designer Kick-Me Sign

This would be a 'Kick Me' sign with a very mild adhesive (similar to that used on post-it notes, just enough to stick on), but the design of the sign would be done by a major fashion designer.

Your friend (or enemy) wearing an outfit by the famed designer N.Y.C. Blues? Stick on a N.Y.C. Blues 'Kick Me' sign!
