Take two egg shakers with you on a run through the woods, learn to hold them gently, and discover how your brain's gyroscopic navigation system works.

You seem to have mistaken me for someone with a gyroscopic navigation system in his brain. Does this happen to you often?

On numerous occasions, I have taken two egg shakers with me on a run, throught the woods and elsewhere, and have generally held them gently, but I have yet to discover how my brain's gyroscopic navigation system works (if indeed, I have one.)

I find it a bit presumptuous of you to assume I have something hitherto unknown to science.

       Please elucidate.

I'm always on gimbal-lock first thing in the morning. But that may be too much information.

What is an egg shaker? I have heard of boiling eggs, scrambling eggs, whisking eggs, separating eggs, slicing eggs, poaching eggs, storing eggs, and even spinning egss or racing with eggs and spoons, but never shaking eggs.

Or are we referring to that most virtuosic musical instrument, the shakey egg?

       Or the shake weights.
