Glow-in-the-dark Sunscreen
Keep kiddie's skin safe by causing them to go indoors

Sunscreen contains glow-in-the-dark phosphors so that kids will run outside, get "glowed up", then run back inside into a dark room or closet to see their skin glow. Not only will they spend only about half as much time in the sun, they'll get exercise, especially if the darkest room in the house is in the basement, so they have to keep running up and down the stairs...

You might want to add a little PABA for actual sunscreen functionality to keep the USDA off your tail.
