As that horrible feeling dawns on you that your favorite team is once again eliminated from post season play even though there is 1/3rd of the season left, you pull out the sewing kit and a patch of letters. Though it is hard to hold the needle because of your tears, you haphazardly stitch Hachiko over the name of your favorite star on your fan jersey. Then you grab two tickets from the ten remaining and head out to the stadium hoping there is some fool who will buy the extra ticket, for half the price. You rationalize as you walk out the door that the experience is what matters not the winning, however deep down your heart is broken and since you don't know what else to do, you just do what you always do.

Or try Kappa. You ply them with cucumbers, they like you, everything is fine, they don't like you, they pull your stomach out via your bottom...which might be one way to encourage your team to do better.
