Helium city

Mickey mouse suits optional
  [vote for,

A medieval theme park under an airtight plastic bubble, entry and exit via airlocks. Filled with Helium-Oxygen mixture.

Featured would be (among others) Hyde park, a theater performing shakespearean tragedies and a session of the house of parliament.
