To destroy the high beam assembly on cars who's drivers refuse to dip or change to their low beams when approaching oncoming traffic.
These drivers will learn quickly to exercise this most basic of courtesies to other drivers.

I'd have thought punishing thoughtlessness with violence was a bit mfd-ish, really - somewhere between rant and cruelty? |

They are little tiny headlight sized missles. I'm figuring like getting hit by a rock while driving, little thump and headlight goes out. |

Were not trying to kill people here just kill the high beams which can be quite dangerous rather than just inconsiderate. I have nearly struck pedestrians in town due to being blinded by the glare of some guy with his high beams on. |
