a two mer polymer looks around 100 AMU, near the evaporatingness of octane, so a PVDF dimer might be mechanically rigid yet still evaporate more easily than water PVDF is also piezoelectric so just as you can vibrate a crystal with electricity you might be able to EM vibrate PVDF as part of shaping or releasing the polymer microshape [beanangel, Mar 19 2012]
