Whenever I have a pimple I use a brown eyeliner pencil to cover it up and make it look like a beauty mark, but I don't imagine it's good for the skin. It would be far better to have something like a liquid eyeliner that contains benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.

As a side benefit, it keeps people guessing exactly where your mole will show up next. It's aesthetically not recommended for more than 2 or 3 pimples at a time and is strenuously not recommemded for zits on the dead center of your nose.
