A small tubelike unit that fits snugly up one nostril, it detects the amount of alcahol, much like its bigger brothers. The electronics trigger a bright flashing red LED housed in the unit when triggered by an "Unsafe to drive" limit, thus providing a "Red Nose" alert for other members of the public.
