Sand chucker (the ride)
Warning! it gets in everything.

A sand chucking conveyer belt, like the ones at your local gravel pit, [link] launches adventurous thrill seekers along with the sand in a fifty to sixty foot arc to land unharmed and rolling at the apex of an enormous sand pile.
Riders, (once they sign the waver), are free to take whatever sort of landing equipment they want, like a toboggan or snow board, for myself I think I'd want to try it out on a GT Noma snow racer, [link].
The distance riders could be chucked is limited only by the size of the sand pile they would be landing in.

Every ten rides or so a hand grenade is launched instead of a person ...just to spread the pile out a bit.
