Consumer blood-pressure meters (sphygmomanometers) are widely available. Medics sometimes use portable units like this to monitor blood pressure over a day, or longer; the cuff normally attaches to the upper arm.
This can be somewhat inconvenient for the wearer.
Now, BorgCo have produced a blood
pressure collar. Worn around the neck, the compact unit inflates itself at preprogrammed intervals and measures blood pressure before deflating again until the next cycle.

||Hmm, a bit hard to swallow.
||Only when blood pressure is actually being measured, though.
||I do believe this would be a far safer option for those wishing to indulge in erotic asphyxiation, aka strangulation fetish. The device could have built-in limiters for both time and pressure.
