"Electronic paper" is just a special type of display. What you're asking for are side-by-side displays (albeit thin ones). I don't see anything new here. |
|
| |
So, [phoenix] despite the fact that this is a new way to use emerging technology to make a side-by-side display extremely portable, allow for it to go away on demand, and facilitate transfer to disposable paper, you can't see how this is different in any way from having two monitors? |

If someone developed and posted workable specs for a cheaply manufactured engine that ran on dirt, would you say "engines have been invented" and mfd it? |
|
| |
I would if the dirt were mixed with gasoline and then extracted prior to combustion. |
|
| |
[kbecker] is taking a display technology and making a display out of it. So what? |
|
| |
Now, if the idea had involved LiteBrites or some such... |

Your video card not have dual-head support? |

| |
Take an etch-a-sketch and bracket it up beside your monitor. |
