A small quantity of standard croissant dough, duly buttered, is prepared and shaped to yield just one croissant. This croissant, as it is rolled and folded, gradually assumes the shape of the well-known Mandelbrot fractal. As it bakes, small portions of flaky crust rise to fill in the fine detail of
the edging and as it cools, these form the finished Infinite Croissant.
Serve on a large-ish plate to perhaps a couple of million people to start with, with the strict instruction that if they only nibble carefully around the edges, they might never be starving again.

||hmm... you know, historically that also works with fish, bones and all.
||And toast too, if I'm not mistaken.
||Now I get it - "FlyingToaster" - loaves and toast and flying chariots. I think Velikovsky covered all that in this ground-breaking work, did he not?
||Croissantissitissi ... tisissimo?
